It's the google maps car. I'm trying hard not to call the driver an asshole as he entered the freeway from the middle lane cutting me off and then took the very next exit (less than an 1/8 of a mile...if that)..giving him the benefit of the doubt tho..I'm sure he's been traveling all over the place and doesn't know what lane he should be in to go in the direction he wants to go. :-)
