We have attended three birthday parties in the last week for the boys classmates!  Today's partywas held at a small amusement park pretty close to our old house in the metroplex.  This is our first time here (Lauren's been here for school functions); its geared for smaller kids although it had some rides for older kids.

Between volleyball games we took the kids to the mall and of course with three boys we have to hit the Lego store!  Logan assembling a Lego person.

Mike treated us to lunch on Friday and the boys were more interested in getting their picture taken with the owl than with the girls!

We've added a new member to the family.  Mike saw this bird in our neighbor's driveway early one, rainy morning.  Apparently the owner has let many of his birds "go free" because he's moving.  We've given this bird a new home and a new name, Pete!  Why Pete...I wish I knew but for some reason the kids have called him Pete.  I thought Lucky was a pretty good one!
